Construction Update

Bluffs on the Potomac Sales center is well under way and will be completed shortly. This beautiful custom log cabin will be used to meet customers and help clients to see an option of what they can build. This cabin will serve as a meeting place for our sales staff, but also provides you our customer to help you see what a piece of property can look like with a log home on it.

Meet your neighbors!

Meet your new neighbors David and Theresa Mezebish. They are the proud new owners of lots thirty, thirty-two and thirty-three at Bluffs on the Potomac. Congratulations on you triple lot purchase!

We’ve been searching for quite some time for the right mountain property. Our salesman, Steve Wolford, was wonderful! He took time finding out what was important to us and really helped make the experience of buying land an enjoyable one. Working with everyone at the Hunter Company was a pleasure! Thanks so much!

Customer Comments

Bluffs on the Potomac also welcomes Renee and Jim Canali who purchased lot 2. The Canali’s are valued clients who have previously purchased from The Hunter Company. Give them a warm welcome next time you see them enjoying their new property or relaxing by the new pavilion in the common area next to the river access.

We recommend the Hunter Company all the time! We have purchased two properties so far from the Hunter Company and we can’t be more pleased! The Bluffs is an excellent community concept – love the common area and river access!!
